Terms of Use

The short version

• Bajnok is a logbook. It is not medical advice.
• The subscription renews until you cancel, and you cancel in your Apple ID settings.
• What you log is yours.

1The agreement

These terms are between you and ROMPF, s.r.o., J. Fučíka 821, 925 22 Veľké Úľany, Slovakia, company ID 36 668 338 (“we”). By using Bajnok you agree to them. They are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.

2Using the app

You may use Bajnok on Apple devices you own or control, for your own training. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law gives you that right.

3Subscription

Bajnok is a subscription with a 14-day free trial. After the trial it costs $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year. Prices are in US dollars, and the App Store shows the price in your currency.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the trial ends, and again at each renewal.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel it in the Settings app, under your name, then Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple.

4Health and safety

Bajnok records what you do. It does not tell you what is safe for you, and nothing in it is medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a training programme if you have any doubt, and stop if something hurts.

5Your data

What you log belongs to you. It is stored on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, and we do not receive it. The Privacy Policy has the detail.

6Warranty and liability

Bajnok is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty and are not liable for indirect loss arising from its use. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
